You can now pay your rent with Online Bill Payment (OBP) Website. Click the button below to be redirected. 


If you are trying to pay your monthly rent on the 1st the invoice will be available on the 1st after 5:30. If the 1st is falls on a weekend the invoice will be available the following business day (Monday) after.

Login into your tenant account; in the left hand corner there is a Maintenance Request tab. Click the tab and submit your request.

If your urgent request is for Maintenance; complete a maintenance request and click the emergency service option. For any other concerns email ICPMG directly.

Once your background screening information is complete and you have been approved. You will recieve your login credentials in your welcome email. If you have misplaced your information you may email contactus@investorschoicepmginc.com for further instructions.
